His career, spanning over 30 years, includes pivotal roles at Pfizer, such as CFO and Business Unit Head, and at Diageo India as Finance Director. A Chartered Accountant since 1993, Sridhar’s expertise lies in business growth, mergers, partnerships, and finance. He led the Organization of Pharmaceutical Producers of India and chaired FICCI’s Pharmaceutical Committee. Passionate about societal contributions, Sridhar’s leadership mantra emphasizes simplifying complexities and adding value through partnerships, people development, and health advocacy.
Capt Tapas is a senior Sustainability professional and an Independent Director on the Corporate Board of Directors of listed Companies. He adds 25 years of industry leadership experience to the table coupled with his value system from the army tenure. His core competency is in “Building and connecting Strong Sustainability Practices to Strong Financial and Environmental Outcomes for Clients.
Capt Tapas is a qualified Sustainability Professional from the Academy of Sustainability USA, a Qualified and Registered Independent Director with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, POSH certification from the Indian Academy of Law and Management, 6 Sigma Green Belt from ECG USA, Master’s Degree Holder in HR from NMIMS and an ex-army officer.
He has successfully trained, 23 Corporate Directors and Boards, 42 Sustainability Reporting Practitioners, in addition to, Procurement and Supply Chains professionals, on Sustainability matters related to their domains. His engagement with academia spans 16 years and is a faculty of Corporate Governance and Corporate Sustainability at NMIMS, he also sits on their Board of Studies. A continuous learner, he is currently pursuing PG Diploma in Environmental Law at National Law School University Bangalore.
A Chartered Accountant with 12-year experience in XBRL domain serves as a Subject Matter Expert and Global head of Customer Success, with active participation in the XBRL working groups of Best Practices and ESG, her collaborative efforts extend to include Fortune 500 firms in the UK, European region, US and leading Indian XBRL reporters in India. She has represented IRIS at XBRL Europe Conference by presenting the digital perspective of ESG reporting and Peer to peer benchmarking.
Shailendra V. Gokhale is an acclaimed expert in the lubricants industry, with over 29 years of experience. With a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and advanced diplomas in Marketing Management and International Trade Management, his expertise spans lubricants, base oils, additives, and circular economy. Notably, he played a pivotal role in Brenntag’s acquisition of Raj Petro for €93 million. A former leader at BP/Castrol and Lubrizol India, Shailendra has advised major energy companies globally, including PETRONAS and Shell. He is a renowned speaker at international conferences and serves as an external advisor to BCG, demonstrating significant contributions to the energy sector’s value chain and circular economy initiatives.
