Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Operations Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, customer relationship management, sales operations management and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support to internal sales team and customer service. Will be responsible for renewal of Purchase orders/Work orders, billings, collections etc and should be comfortable working with large data.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Optimization:
· Evaluate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize the sales workflow.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales processes with overall business objectives.
Data Management:
· Maintain and update customer and prospect databases to ensure accuracy.
· Analyze and interpret sales data to provide insights for decision-making.
· Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Reporting and Analytics:
· Generate regular reports on sales performance metrics for the leadership team.
· Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
· Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Sales Technology Management:
· Administer and optimize the use of sales tools, CRM systems, and other technology platforms.
· Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective use of sales technologies.
· Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve sales operations.
Forecasting and Planning:
· Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to develop accurate sales forecasts.
· Assist in the creation of sales plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
· Monitor sales performance against targets and communicate insights to the sales team.
Communication and Collaboration:
· Foster strong communication channels between sales, marketing, finance, and other relevant departments.
· Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales objectives.
· Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
Process Compliance:
· Ensure adherence to company policies, sales guidelines, and compliance standards.
· Conduct regular audits to monitor and enforce process compliance.
· Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure understanding and compliance with established processes.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills, Sales Operations Management, Communication, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- More than 5 Years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration. Should have strong accounting knowledge
