Job Summary:
As a GST Team Member, you will play a critical role in managing GST compliance, handling client queries, and assisting with product testing related to GST software. You will leverage your knowledge of the GST Act, litigation experience, and Excel proficiency to provide clients with effective solutions and ensure smooth product implementation and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- GST Act Knowledge & Compliance:
- GST and Income tax related knowledge required.
- Litigation Handling:
- Assist in handling GST-related litigation and dispute resolution.
- Can read the notices and basis knowledge of litigations in GST and Income tax
- Client Query Management:
- Address client queries related and address it to development team
- Act as a point of contact for clients to resolve GST-related concerns and issues.
- Client Demo & Product Testing:
- Conduct client demos on GST software and tools, explaining product features and benefits.
- Work closely with the product development team to assist in product testing, ensuring all GST functionalities are accurate and effective.
- Excel Proficiency:
- Use advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze GST data, prepare reports, and support client queries.
- Conduct reconciliations and generate reports using Excel to aid in decision-making and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: CA Inter, M.Com (preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in GST compliance, litigation, or client management.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the GST Act and its practical application.
- Experience in handling GST litigation or disputes.
- Experience in handling Income tax litigation or disputes.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to handle client demos and explain complex tax-related information effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in testing and working with GST-related software or tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
