Co-Business Head

Job Description / Responsibilities

IRIS Business is looking for a seasoned Co-Business Head with over 15 years of experience in the SaaS industry to lead our company’s growth and expansion. As the Co-Business Head, you will be working closely with the Business Head and will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s overall strategy, creating business plans, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Our goal is to scale to 20X revenue in 5 years. Develop and execute the company’s overall revenue strategy to achieve this growth target.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the RegTech and SaaS market, trends, and competition to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business initiatives, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of the curve
• Oversee all aspects of the company’s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Desired Candidate Profile

• Over 15 years of experience in SaaS, with a proven track record of successful business leadership
• Deep understanding of the RegTech and SaaS market, trends, and competition
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and identify new business opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum Experience: 10 years

Maximum Experience: 15 years
