Job Description:

10. Ensure all internal trackers and documents are updated and maintained properly.
Main Requirements:
1. 0-1 years of experience in customer support (familiarity with XBRL is a plus).
2. Availability to work in flexible shifts, including night shifts.
3. Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
4. Working from Mumbai Office
