Customer Support Exec

Job Description:

1. Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

2. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly understand our products and services.

3. Excellent time management to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

4. Strong interpersonal skills, including professionalism, patience, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

5. Flexibility in tasks and a cooperative attitude as a team player.

6. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via email or call.

7. Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific product features.

8. Maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries and properly documenting all actions.

9. Ability to multitask and coordinate with different teams, including the technical team, to address customer requirements and issues.

10. Ensure all internal trackers and documents are updated and maintained properly.

Main Requirements:

1. 0-1 years of experience in customer support (familiarity with XBRL is a plus).

2. Availability to work in flexible shifts, including night shifts.

3. Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

4. Working from Mumbai Office
