What will you do:

• Enable Sync: Work cross-functionally with all key-stakeholder to align engineering plan with our strategic ambitions
• Build for the future – It’s a competitive market that favors early technology adopters. Collaborate with different teams to design and implement new services with reliability, infrastructure, data and development in mind.
• Manage to inspire – A team of superstars will be built around you. You will set the development cycle for teams, encourage others to learn, set the benchmark for hiring talent, and define the culture
• Own your ship – Beyond your team, you own the product and business as a leader. Your hand is also on the steering wheel.
• Nurture people to build products- Motivate and coach in areas including engineering best practices, scalable architecture design, and product roadmap discussions.
• Brew Culture: Maintain an inclusive team culture focused on autonomy, ownership, collaboration, communication, and impact.

What are we looking for:

• 15+ years of experience in Backend Engineering and experience of managing a team of software development
• You have a strong bias for action. You value steadfast and clean execution along with the creativity and intelligence
• You are hands-on with Core Java. Exposure to AngularJS and similar frontend technology is preferred
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise service is good but not mandatory. You learn as you go!
• You have dealt with the complexity of team management, deployment plan and technical design.
• You have experience in researching and adopting new frameworks basis the product roadmap
• You ace in working across the functions to develop robust systems.

• Core Java expertise
• AngularJS Expertise
• MongoDB, MY SQL
• AWS
• Experience in ERP, Accounting and Taxation products.
