Job Title: Technical Lead

Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai (Office)

Job Description:

IRIS Business is looking for a seasoned Tech Lead (.net) for its SaaS business line IRIS CARBON. IRIS CARBON is a globally recognized SaaS product in the compliance and regulatory reporting domain with customers across 35+ countries. We are in a hyper-growth mode to scale IRIS CARBON customer base to 10x in the next 5 years primarily focusing on USA, Europe and APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft technologies, .NET Core, .NET Core API, .NET, and Python.
• Work with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, React, and Angular.
• Develop and manage databases using MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.

Required Skills:

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies including .NET Core, .NET Core API, and .NET.
• Extensive experience in front-end technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, React/Angular.
• Solid understanding of Python and MongoDB.
• Ability to write efficient and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Office JS is an added advantage.
• Experience working in an R&D environment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
