Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to join our Technology department. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in program management within the technology industry. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the department, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement program management processes and procedures
– Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
– Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
– Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
– Manage project budgets and resources effectively
– Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
– Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
– Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 12+ years of experience in program management within the technology industry
– PMP certification is preferred
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Experience working with cross-functional teams
– Knowledge of project management tools and software
