Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Django Python Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in web development and database management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building web applications using Django framework, as well as expertise in implementing task queues and utilizing frameworks like Celery for asynchronous task execution. Knowledge of Docker is considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Django framework.
- Integrate and manage databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
- Implement and optimize task queues for efficient asynchronous task processing using Celery or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and application stability.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, best practices, and trends in web development and database management.
- Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of web applications (knowledge of Docker is a plus).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a Django Python Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Django framework and Python programming language.
- Extensive knowledge of database management systems such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with implementing task queues and asynchronous processing using Celery or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment is considered a plus.
