Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Utilize market research and industry insights to identify potential clients who can benefit from our SaaS solutions.
2. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and requirements. Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that address their specific needs and deliver measurable value.
3. Solution Proposal and Pricing Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes that align with the client’s objectives and budgetary considerations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals while maximizing revenue potential.
4. Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline forecasts using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline health, and revenue projections to sales management and other stakeholders.
5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner throughout the sales process and beyond. Foster long-term customer loyalty and retention by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
6. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales through implementation and beyond. Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap decisions and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Technology.
· Actively involved in societies and clubs with a proven track record of bringing change.
· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
· Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud computing concepts, and software solutions.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
· Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and develop trusted advisor relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
· Willingness to learn and work on new CRM tools.
· Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
