Senior Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct Analysis & Planning:
  • Conduct thorough analysis, planning, and requirements gathering by collaborating with both internal and external customers.
  • Understand and document business processes, challenges, and objectives to ensure alignment with software solutions.
  • Gather Business Requirements:
  • Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather business requirements, ensuring the development of user stories and system requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure clarity in business needs.
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
  • Develop a strong understanding of the SDLC and current products and technologies to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure that the solutions are scalable and align with business goals, technology, and system architecture.
  • Creation of Artifacts:
  • Create various artifacts, such as use cases, data flows, and process flows, for specific features within a project release.
  • Ensure that these artifacts are clear, detailed, and easily understood by both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Collaboration & Problem Solving:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth team productivity and successful delivery of projects.
  • Foster Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement among all stakeholders and team members.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to processes and solutions based on analysis and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with expertise in gathering requirements and creating user stories.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in creating business artifacts like use cases, process flows, and data flows.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
